Terms and Conditions – net939 Online Gaming Platform

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the player) and net939 (the platform). They apply to every aspect of using net939, including registering an account, making deposits and withdrawals in PKR, placing bets on cricket and other sports, playing slot games and live casino, and claiming any bonuses or promotions offered by the platform.

By accessing net939 through the website or the mobile app, you are agreeing to these terms in full. These terms are written in plain English so they are easy to understand for players in Pakistan. If anything here is unclear, contact support before using the platform rather than after.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to use net939:

3. Your Account

Each player is allowed one account on net939. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information including your name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else.
• All activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you were personally responsible for placing the bet or initiating the transaction.

Your account balance is held in PKR. All deposits, gameplay and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. net939 does not charge conversion fees on PKR transactions.

4. Deposits

net939 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable limits are shown at the time of deposit in your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are typically instant. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with the transaction reference.

Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is not permitted. net939 reserves the right to verify the source of deposits and may request supporting documentation.

5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available account balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before withdrawals can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

Repeated deposit and withdrawal activity without meaningful gameplay may be treated as bonus abuse or money cycling, and net939 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation in such cases.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

net939 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus comes with specific terms, including a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on net939:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated for that specific bonus. Unused bonuses expire after the stated period.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirement.

net939 offers sports betting on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports, among other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For cricket, this means the relevant cricket board or ICC ruling. For PSL, the official match result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board takes precedence.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the timeframe stated in the market rules, net939 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable market rules for that event.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and network conditions. net939 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Obvious pricing errors – where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error – will be voided and stakes returned. net939 reserves the right to make this determination.
• Any evidence of match manipulation, use of insider information or coordinated betting to exploit the platform will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any related winnings.

Net939 provides pre-match and in-play markets for Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 and Test internationals, domestic cricket, and major global football competitions. Esports markets are available for selected tournaments. Coverage and available markets may vary depending on the event.

8. Casino & Slots

Slot games, live dealer casino tables and other casino products available on net939 are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live streamed from studios with real dealers. The outcomes of all casino games are determined independently of net939.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are set by the individual game provider. These are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session.
• In the event of a technical fault during gameplay – such as a disconnection or system error – net939 will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, errors or malfunctions to generate winnings is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules displayed at the individual table. The dealer's action and the studio system's result are final.

9. Player Conduct

Players are expected to use net939 in good faith and for personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
